About the role Leads real estate projects from strategy to execution, translating business needs into spatial solutions that integrate cultural and experiential elements. Acts with autonomy in negotiations, design & build processes, and stakeholder management, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with Nubank’s brand and user experience standards. Ensures technical feasibility, cost efficiency, and brand consistency across all workplace environments. Manages contract clauses, terms, and financial analyses in real estate and construction agreements. Negotiates directly with landlords, vendors, and contractors to secure the best commercial and operational outcomes. Conducts CAPEX/OPEX analyses and bidding processes. Prepares financial models, vendor quotations, and project budgets ensuring efficiency and transparency. Applies project management methodologies to monitor progress, risks, and KPIs. Ensures quality, timelines, and cost adherence across multidisciplinary initiatives. Identifies and mitigates risks and dependencies across multiple projects. Develops mitigation plans and ensures business continuity. Ensures that project benefits are measured and aligned with organizational goals. Tracks outcomes and supports decision-making through data and performance analysis.
