Brand Manager

We are seeking a Brand Manager to lead our brand management efforts within the beverage industry. This professional will be responsible for the development, execution, and delivery of communication and commercial plans, ensuring alignment with global guidelines.

• Manage end-to-end brand initiatives, including planning, market adaptation, and implementation coordination
• Align brand activities with broader business planning and management cycles
• Drive agile, responsive, and high-quality execution
• Demonstrate an ownership mindset with a strong focus on delivering results
• Leverage technology, data, and automation to improve efficiency and productivity
• Support capability building initiatives and continuous process improvement

• Proven experience in communications
• Strong ability to brief and debrief agencies
• Skilled in evaluating content from both a strategic and engagement perspective
• Experience managing PMO processes across multiple concurrent campaigns
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Communications, Legal, Sustainability, Marketing, and external agencies)
• Fluent in English
