As SourceHub, we are responsible for delivering Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement and Supply Chain, Legal and Compliance, and general administrative services with efficiency and quality.We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to oversee and optimize the end-to-end commission process, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant commission payouts across carriers, agents, and customers.This professional will lead commission operations, manage analysts, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and continuous improvement of commission workflows and reporting.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesManage and own the full monthly commission cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Lead, support, and develop Commission Analysts, providing guidance and training. Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Lead regular calls with technology service distributors (TSDs) to manage pending commissions, inquiries, and escalations.Ensure documentation and workflows are accurate, standardized, and up to date. Collect, review, and validate monthly carrier commission statements. Oversee reconciliation between carrier data and client revenue records. Review and validate templates and uploads in commission systems (RPM), ensuring correct data classification. Resolve commission-related issues involving carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Confirm expected commissions for newly implemented services and orders. Manage inquiry tracking tools, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of issues.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual commission reports. Lead variance analysis to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities. Support audits and financial analysis activities related to commissions.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields, or equivalent experience. 3–5+ years of experience in commissions, finance, telecom, or related areas. Strong understanding of commission structures and revenue models. Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reconciliation, reporting). Experience with commission systems (RPM preferred). Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
