Senior Backend Engineer

FCamara is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design and evolve scalable backend systems within a modern .NET ecosystem. You will lead the implementation of workflow-heavy backend services - covering onboarding, relationship management, orchestration, and integrations - within a microservices-based architecture, while helping drive engineering quality and architectural consistency across the team.

Requisitos e qualificações6+ years of backend engineering experienceStrong expertise in C# and .NETExperience designing production-grade REST APIs and backend workflowsStrong understanding of clean architecture and separation of concernsDeep experience with Entity Framework, SQL, and relational databasesExperience handling concurrency, idempotency, and transactional consistencyExperience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms and distributed microservices architecturesStrong debugging, architecture, and problem-solving skillsFluency in EnglishNice to Have:Experience in banking, fintech, CRM, or customer onboarding platformsExperience with matching engines, orchestration workflows, or distributed systemsExperience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiativesFluency in PortugueseInformações adicionaisFully remoteMultinational, multicultural team - collaborate with talented engineers across different backgrounds and geographiesReal challenges and ownership.
