With internal opportunities, we encourage our talents to expand their horizons, take on new challenges, and continuously develop within the company.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsibilities & Role OverviewAs a Trader – Vietnam, you will play a key role in driving Minerva’s commercial growth across Vietnam and the Southeast Asia region. This position is responsible for managing trading operations, developing strategic customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in a dynamic and competitive market.Your main responsibilities will include:Developing and executing sales and trading strategies aligned with revenue and profitability targetsIdentifying and developing new business opportunities across Vietnam and Southeast AsiaNegotiating purchase and sales contracts while effectively managing commercial risksManaging and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnershipsMonitoring market trends, pricing, and supply-demand dynamics to support strategic decision-makingProviding accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and performance analysis to leadershipEnsuring proper execution of commercial operations in coordination with logistics, supply chain, and origin teamsMaintaining strong product knowledge and ensuring compliance with international trade and local regulationsRepresenting the company in client meetings, trade shows, and industry eventsWe are looking for professionals with proven experience in trading or sales roles, preferably within the food or meat industry, and with strong exposure to international markets, ideally in Asia or emerging markets.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequirements & QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, or related fields Years of experience in trading, sales, or commercial rolesPrevious experience in international markets (Asia experience is a strong plus)MBA or postgraduate studies in Business or International Trade (preferred)Technical & Professional SkillsStrong knowledge of international trading practices and supply chain dynamicsExperience with pricing strategies, contract negotiation, and risk managementAbility to analyze market data and develop accurate forecastsFamiliarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance standardsSoft SkillsStrong commercial mindset and results-driven approachExcellent negotiation and relationship management skillsAbility to work independently with a high level of accountabilityStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsAdaptability to multicultural and fast-paced environmentsDifferentialsExperience in the meat or food industryExisting network in Southeast Asia marketsAdditional languages (Vietnamese is a plus; English is required)Informações adicionaisAdditional InformationLocation: Vietnam (with regional scope across Southeast Asia)Contract: Full-time positionOpportunity to work in a global and multicultural environmentCareer growth within a leading multinational company in the food industryExposure to international markets and strategic commercial operations
