Technician - Chassis & Cab Test Operations

Responsible for executing instrumentation activities within the CCTO team, ensuring proper handling, maintenance, and availability of equipment in compliance with standards. Supports testing operations by identifying malfunctions, collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams, and contributing to reliable measurement results, while promoting teamwork, proactive improvements, and effective communication.

The ideal candidate for this role must ensure best practices in instrumentation work, always complying with international standards.

Key responsibilities include: Ensuring proper handling, conservation, and availability of all equipment;

Identifying equipment malfunctions and reporting them to the maintenance team, providing clear and relevant details;

Integrating effectively into a strong, well-established team whose deliveries are highly valuable to internal stakeholders;

Contributing to a collaborative environment where team spirit is reinforced through daily actions.

Good communication skills and empathy are strong advantages;

Being creative and proactive in proposing new approaches, especially when opportunities for waste reduction arise;

Being available for international travel;

Being willing to work in an intercultural environment.

The applicant must hold a technical degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical fields;

Intermediate English for technical communication is required;

Knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits;

Basic understanding of the mechanical behavior of metallic materials;

A valid truck and bus driver’s license (categories “D” or “E” in Brazil), as technicians must be able to drive vehicles during testing;

Previous experience with mechanical components and systems of trucks and buses is a plus.
