Test Driver - Load Analysis & Vehicle Durability

The Load Analyses & Complete Vehicle Durability team is responsible for some of the most critical engineering activities within product development. The team provides measurement campaigns for a wide range of applications, primarily used as boundary conditions for numerical simulations. Additionally, many measurements directly customize durability tests. Ultimately, professionals working in LCVD play a key role throughout the entire product development chain. Their mission is to deliver reliable, high‑quality results that support our internal customers with professionalism and trustworthiness.

Key responsibilities include: Ensuring proper handling and conservation of prototype vehicles;

Identifying vehicle malfunctions and reporting them to the test engineer;

Integrating effectively into a strong, well‑established team whose deliveries are highly valuable to internal stakeholders;

Contributing to a collaborative environment where team spirit is reinforced through daily actions.

Good communication skills and empathy are strong advantages;

Being creative and proactive in proposing new approaches, especially when opportunities for waste reduction arise;

Being available for national and international travel;

Willing to share an intercultural environment.

The applicant must hold a basic scholarship;

A basic English for technical communication is necessary;

A valid truck and bus driver’s license (categories “E” in Brazil).

Basic understanding of measurement devices is a plus;

Previous experience with durability tests schedules is a plus.
